Oh, Prague is one of my absolute favorites! I just love that city.
Mmmmm...roasted seasoned PORK KNEE! Now there's a taste treat I've never tried. And the sad truth is, it's probably pretty good. Because, goulash? VERY good! And it looks breathtaking there--just beautiful. You too :)!!
Oh, and here in MN they're called earworms. Those songs you get in your head...like "private eyes, they're watching you, they see your every move." Like that. HAHA! You're welcome :).

Pork knee. I think I've actually had that before, in a Lithuanian delicacy (I use the term "delicacy" lightly here.) It's an unflavored Jello mold containing various pig parts and carrots. Tasty! Hope the czech version was better ;)
