Dear Mother Nature,

I guess it's that time again. You know, time to wave bye-bye to winter and hello to spring!

It's been a long, white winter, and we're ready for a bit of warmth and sunshine. But this year, I would be ever so appreciative if you'd please arrange the transition from this:

...to this:

...without a whole lot of that:

Because after a weekend cooped up inside due to a torrential downpour of the wet stuff, boys develop a rather nasty case of cabin fever.

Thank you in advance for your swift attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

One Frazzled Parent

I hope Mother Nature is not on a long Spring Break so she can attend to this matter immediately.

I am going stir crazy too.

Yikes!
Meanwhile, it's finally warming up now and the snowbanks are receding. Maybe you should come visit me.

I'll take the rain if only spring will come.

A-men to THAT! Last week we had 15 inches of snow. Tomorrow, we have flood warnings. :(

And I LOVE that last shot! Did you take that? Very stunning!!

EEk! Cabin fever! Was rainy here this weekend as well. But since we were 79 on Friday, I haven't much to complain about, eh?

Love your pics, as always!

Honestly, you'd think the Mutha would give us a break every now and again!

OH, I love the sand picture. I can't wait to stick my tootsies in some hot soft sand. Boo hoo!

Hope the boys got out for a run. Us? Well, for the last three days it has rained, hailed, snowed, and been warm and sunny, every single day. I think mother nature may be PMSing.

Oh, I hear ya! Those are some very cool photos. What an awesome juxtaposition! Sorry, I have to use that word--English teacher and all!

Tomorrow we have rain--but it will be 60+ degrees. I'll take it. For now.

Is that a Norway photo? I really didn't have any beach imagery in my mental picture of Norway!

I hear ya! Our little man was so beset by cabin fever, that when the sun came out yesterday we took him on an almost 4 mile walk :)

Yay to melt, but rain, bawh, not as pretty as snow.
A vote on a a skip the slush stage and bring on the beach weather.
I have a feeling mother nature isn't listening though, we got sleeted on yesterday. Yeck!

We are sitting here waiting for the onslaught of all the rain. It started this morning with snow and has gradually gotten warmer and started to rain. It is supposed to get up to 11 tonight with a huge day of rain tomorrow. We are on flood watch around here (not necessarily our house, but the City) I am stocked up just in casse.

And the only good thing about this rain and warmth that is coming is that it just might be enough that we will see the actual grass by the end of the week. And we will be outside on it rain or shine.

You know, here in Utah it was in the sixties for two weeks, and then on Sunday it snowed. Like - sticking to the ground kind of snow.

March - you are very perplexing...
