No problem. You get four of your closest (but not necessarily strongest) friends and pick it up and move it on to the street. That's the beauty of smart cars: they weigh as much as me.

I live in the land of SUV's --I can't even imagine that.

Those cars are just too cute...there are three or four here in our area of town!!! Where we live (narrow X5 streets and very little parking) this car is perfect...not so sure as to on the highway...maybe I'll ask someone!!!

When I arrived in Europe, one that I like most is this little car "Smart car"... nice catch for WW! mine's up too hope you can drop by.

Where do the shopping bags go in a car such as that? I realize that the children can be tied to the roof of the car, but purchases made in Paris stores must be better protected.

Wow! What a tiny little thing! I'm not even sure I could fit my purse in it!

Hahaha. That poor driver!

I saw cars like that in Greece. Snack sized.

Great shot! Too funny.

I remember the first time I saw a car like that (in Amsterdam) -- living in the land of gargantuan vehicles, I couldn't get over this little toy car!

That car is so cute, it is like a baby car. I want to squeeze it's little bumpers.

Too funny! Guess they wouldn't be able to make a quick get away :)

I think those are the cutest cars, too!! I love that Europeans drive teeny tiny cars!

I covet one of those cars, but I will have to wait until children are grown and gone.

Hmm. Really though. How IS it going to get out?

I have been salivating over electric cars that are hooked into a solar powered house. Imagine. No gas bills ever again. Oh wow. That is amazing, yes?

I bet if you stood on the other side of the car an sneezed hard enough, it'd pop right out onto the street. Problem solved.

Oh, how cute!! What a fun picture. Have a good day Heidi - see ya - Kellan

So there is a downside to those tiny cars!

Love it.
I'll take two.

Coming from the land of the GIANT SUV's, that car is really teeny! However, it's perfect for me - not much in the way of baggage and parallel parking's a breeze:)

Seeing those itsy bitsy cars in action, I bet it isn't stuck at all. Those cars have the most amazing turning radius, it's unbelievable.

totally awesome!

But where do the poeple go????

My kids LOVE seeing these little cars. We've even seen a couple that were smaller than this. I think I would be too scared of some big truck squashing me like a grape. Plus, I would need to hook a bunch together like a choo choo train in order to fit my huge family. =)

We could carry that little car in the back of Mr. Mayhem's new truck! :)

That is such a cute car! I plan on eventually getting a two seater, that way I can say.. sorry kids no room, just me and dad on this trip!

Victoria said...

LOVE that car! LOL!

That is one cute little car. There might be just enough room if someone really knew what they were doing.

Hah!!! Great shot!

I saw someone actually parking like that ... those Parisians have elevated the skill of parallel parking to a totally new level.

Amy said...

Oh my!

Laski said...

Can you even imagine . . . Does it park itself??? How do people fit in that. OK, I'm now officially obsessed with the tiny car . . .

Laski said...

Got something for ya!

The only thing that could have been funnier than that picture is if you had 15 clowns climbing out the back. Now THAT's COMEDY! :)

I can think of worse places to get stuck. Paris, lovely!

It is funny, that kind of parking and those cute Smart cars (or look a likes) are so common here, I didn't even think the photo was funny until I read the comments of other people.

I love those smart cars. When I was living in london I saw sooo many... espially in Paris... But I would just love to see someone drive one of those up here in ALaska during the winter time... I don't think they would get very far :)

Gina said...

I actually saw one of the Fits, or maybe it was a SmartCar the other day here on the road. I couldn't believe how small it was, especially with all the big honking SUV's we have here.

Some day I'm going to put one of those little cars in my big purse and run away with it.

Poor little Smart Car.

Those things actually terrify me. What would happen if you were in a crash? It seems like that tiny thing would vaporize and anyone inside would be seriously damaged...
